Lunar Solar provides System Maintenance, Solar Panel Cleaning, System Upgrades, Programming, System Repairs, and Management of Manufacturer’s Warranties. Choose from either one-time services or a maintenance plan tailored for existing Lunar Solar clients, designed specifically for your solar installation.

Lunar Solar provides a 3-month workmanship warranty. We are passionate about providing a solar journey that lasts for many years to come, believing that our existing clients are the crux of our business and taking care of their needs is what truly matters. Lunar Maintenance Plan

Lunar Solar provides System Maintenance, Solar Panel Cleaning, System Upgrades, Programming, System Repairs, and Management of Manufacturer’s Warranties. Choose from either one-time services or a maintenance plan tailored for existing Lunar Solar clients, designed specifically for your solar installation.

Our maintenance warranty is designed to cater to our customers’ personalized journeys, ensuring that your system is well-maintained for many years to come. You’ll have an allocated after-sales liaison to assist you along the way and respond to your queries within a reasonable timeframe, based on your chosen service package.

The Maintenance plan includes the following services:

  • Yearly Installation Inspection by a Professional of the whole system, its functionality and production.
  • System updates and programming if and when required.
  • Manufacturer’s Warranty management.
  • 1 x call-out within a three-month cycle for repairs and assistance (material costs will be quoted over and above).
  • Panel cleaning services once every 6 months.
  • Lodging repairs and installing a rental loan unit whilst you wait for your unit to be repaired, and re-installation once returned.
  • Advice and guidance when required.
